- Supporting client communications and coordinating feedback.
- Building lasting relationships with candidates to create a reliable talent pipeline.

- Developing skills in business development and account management through shadowing, training, and hands-on experience.
- Degree-level education, strong A-Levels, or a background in B2B/B2C sales or telesales.
