We are looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Assistant Manager to join our friendly team and support the day-to-day running of both restaurant and accommodation operations.
The Role:
As Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the business.
You will be involved in all aspects of service, from supervising front-of-house operations to coordinating with kitchen and housekeeping teams, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional experience.
Key responsibilities:
-Support daily operations across the restaurant and B&B.
-Lead and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver excellent customer service
-Assist with staff training, scheduling and performance management.
-Handle bookings, guest check-ins/outs, and dining reservations
-Oversee stock control, cash handling and basic administrative duties
-Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
-Step in for the General Manager during absence or busy periods
About you:
-Previous experience in a management role in hospitality.
-Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
-Passionate about food, drink, and great customer experiences.
-Reliable, proactive, and able to work calmly under pressure.
-Flexibility to work mornings, evenings and weekends.
