?? Key Responsibilities:
- Provide holistic financial advice across pensions, investments, protection, and estate planning
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, managing both existing and new clients
- Create tailored financial plans aligned with clients' goals and life stages
- Collaborate closely with paraplanners and administrators to ensure smooth client journeys
- Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments
- Ensure all advice meets FCA compliance and internal standards
?? About You:
- Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (minimum)
- Demonstrable experience as an IFA or within a wealth management setting
- Ideally, you’ll bring a transferable client bank
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Client-centric, ethical, and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset and commitment to professional development
