You’ll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking environment that provides comprehensive paraplanning and administrative support—freeing you up to focus on delivering high-quality, personalised financial advice.

?? Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide holistic financial advice across pensions, investments, protection, and estate planning
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, managing both existing and new clients
  • Create tailored financial plans aligned with clients' goals and life stages
  • Collaborate closely with paraplanners and administrators to ensure smooth client journeys
  • Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments
  • Ensure all advice meets FCA compliance and internal standards

?? About You:

  • Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (minimum)
  • Demonstrable experience as an IFA or within a wealth management setting
  • Ideally, you’ll bring a transferable client bank
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Client-centric, ethical, and detail-oriented
  • Self-motivated with a growth mindset and commitment to professional development
