What you'll be doing

  • Overseeing all aspects of Bodyshop operations. productivity, efficiency, quality, and profitability

  • Leading, mentoring, and motivating a skilled team to deliver exceptional repair standards

  • Driving performance across workshop throughput, ensuring repairs are completed on time and to the highest standards

  • Managing budgets, targets, and KPIs with a commercial eye for improvement

  • Delivering an outstanding customer experience throughout the repair process

  • Ensuring compliance with all industry standards and processes
