We’re supporting a vibrant group of Secondary Schools across Tunbridge Wells, and they’re on the lookout for lively, confident Cover Supervisors who can jump in and make the day run smoothly. Every day brings a fresh scene to step into.
What You’ll Be Getting Up To• Taking the reins in the classroom and keeping lessons flowing
• Bringing pre-planned activities to life and helping students stay focused
• Encouraging positive behaviour and a can-do attitude
• Moving between subjects and year groups like a classroom chameleon
• Supporting students with questions and keeping the atmosphere upbeat
• Sharing quick end-of-day feedback with teaching staff
• Following safeguarding procedures and keeping everyone safe and supported
• CACHE Level 2/3 or 6 months experience working with young people
• Confidence to guide a class of students aged 11 to 16
• A clear, friendly communication style
• Flexibility and enthusiasm to take on different lessons and groups throughout the day
• A friendly team of consultants on hand 24/7
