We’re working with a wonderfully supportive, multicultural primary school in the heart of Tunbridge Wells, currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Career Teacher to join their Reception class from September. With over 46 languages spoken across the school, this is a truly inclusive environment where pupils and staff alike learn from one another every day.
This role offers the flexibility of full-time or part-time hours, and the school is open to applications from ECTs with a genuine passion for Early Years education. Prior experience in EYFS settings is desirable, though not essential—what matters most is your enthusiasm, creativity, and commitment to helping young learners thrive.
