Hours: Part-Time, Monday to Friday (hours flexible)

About the Role

Our client, a reputable organisation based in Tunbridge Wells, is seeking a reliable and detail-focused Part-Time HR Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who is looking for a long-term opportunity with a consistent Monday-Friday schedule.



Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support across the HR function
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR systems
  • Assist with recruitment: posting vacancies, arranging interviews, and completing pre-employment checks
  • Prepare contracts, offer letters, and onboarding materials
  • Support HR processes including absence monitoring, payroll data collection, and compliance documents
  • Manage the HR inbox and respond to routine employee queries
  • Assist with training, probation, and performance review administration


About You

  • Previous HR administration experience is desirable; strong admin experience also considered
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and HR systems
  • Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential information
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
