Here at BDS Recruitment we are looking to recruit for an ongoing position as a Estate Assistantbased in the Tunbridge Wells.
Up to 18hours per week, this will be delivered Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
This is a temp ongoing role to start ASAP
Pay rate- 13.85ph PAYE- 17.28ph UMB
The main role is to provide daily communication with the residents, who live independently within the Scheme and ensure the building is kept up to standard as required.There will also be regular welfare checks, healthy and safety checks on the building and reporting and overseeing any maintenance required.
Role Summary:
- 15 hours per week (To be delivered between Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
- This is a temp ongoing position
- Working with older adults (Aged 55 +)
- Based in Tunbridge wells.
- Previous experience dealing with maintenance and building compliance would be ideal.
Duties include:
- Welfare checks on residents.
- Completing daily and weekly health and safety checks on site, ensuring maintenance is completed as required.
- Reporting any maintenance requirements.
- Arranging works to be completed as required, dealing with contractors
