What youll do:
Lead and inspire a dedicated front and back-of-house team
Deliver exceptional guest experiences in a vibrant gastro pub environment
Manage day-to-day operations including financial controls, labour, and stock
Uphold high standards in hospitality, compliance, and service delivery
Work closely with talented chefs to maintain and develop the food offering
Build strong community relationships and drive business growth
What were looking for:
Proven General Management experience within gastro pubs
A strong leader with a passion for food, drink, and customer service
Commercially aware, with the ability to maximise revenue and profitability
Hands-on, adaptable, and able to thrive in a busy environment
Excellent communicator and motivator with a people-first approach
