Are you a qualified Employment Solicitor seeking your next career move within a forward-thinking practice known for its supportive, team-oriented culture?We’re looking for an experienced legal professional (minimum 2 years PQE) to become part of a well-regarded and adaptable legal outfit based in Tunbridge Wells, where hierarchy is minimal, and collaboration is key.You’ll play a central role in the employment law department, working closely with a small, specialist group of colleagues.What the role involves:

Managing a varied caseload of employment law issues for both employers and employees
Delivering tailored legal guidance in collaboration with your peers
Taking part in firm-led charitable and local community projects

Ideal candidate profile:

At least two years of post-qualification experience in employment law
A cooperative team member who enjoys working in a sociable, cohesive setting
Appreciates a casual but professional working atmosphere
Communicates effectively and confidently with clients and colleagues alike
