We are working with a fantastic company based in Tunbridge Wells who are looking for a Conveyancing Assistant to join their team.
The team are looking for someone with previous Conveyancing experience who can join them and hit the ground running.
Typical duties include:
- Assisting with residential property sales and purchases for both freehold and leasehold
- Preparing SDLT returns
- Managing land registration applications
- Updating legal titles for any changes
The successful candidate
- Previous Conveyancing Assistant experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Able to work independently as well and within a team
- Proficient IT skills
