- Handle substantial amounts of typing, including audio transcription, with efficiency and accuracy.
- Draft letters, legal documents, and contracts, ensuring high standards of precision and detail.
- Conduct land registry and property-related searches, as applicable to your previous experience.
- Collaborate with the team by sharing typing tasks and contributing to smooth day-to-day operations.
- Previous background in either commercial property or residential conveyancing is highly beneficial.
- Comfortable working with minimal supervision and managing a busy workload.
