- Offering high-level secretarial and administrative support to the Wills, Trusts & Tax Advisory group.
- Making use of BigHand software for transcription, document creation, and typing tasks.
- Opening and archiving client files, as well as preparing and processing legal paperwork (such as LPA forms).
- Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and ensuring clear and regular client correspondence.
- Performing all responsibilities with precision and confidentiality at the forefront.
- Demonstrated experience within the Private Client legal field, ideally involving Wills, Trusts, or Tax.
- A warm yet professional demeanour—particularly helpful when handling sensitive, health-related issues.
- Superb time management and organisational skills, able to balance various tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication abilities—comfortable interacting with clients and professional contacts alike.
- Openness to a hybrid working pattern—initially office-based for the first six weeks, moving to two days remote per week thereafter.
- Salary: Depending on experience, between £25,000 - £27,000, plus potential for bonuses.
