This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to specialise in the probate area — helping clients through a sensitive and significant life event. What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Supporting Solicitors and the wider team with probate matters
  • Drafting documents and liaising directly with clients
  • Managing applications for probate
  • Handling communication with HMRC and beneficiaries
  • Playing a key role in a collaborative and supportive legal team
