What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Letting residential properties and managing client relationships
- Conducting property viewings and securing tenancies
- Handling tenant and landlord enquiries
- Maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism
- Working to meet and exceed individual and team targets
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Previous experience in residential lettings is essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, articulate, and persuasive
- Excellent telephone manner and a positive attitude
- Well-presented, ambitious, and driven to succeed
- Knowledge of the Tunbridge Wells area is advantageous
- Full UK driving license and own car required
- Professional and proactive approach to lettings
