What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Letting residential properties and managing client relationships
• Conducting property viewings and securing tenancies
• Handling tenant and landlord enquiries
• Maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism
• Working to meet and exceed individual and team targets

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential lettings is essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, articulate, and persuasive
• Excellent telephone manner and a positive attitude
• Well-presented, ambitious, and driven to succeed
• Knowledge of the Tunbridge Wells area is advantageous
• Full UK driving license and own car required
• Professional and proactive approach to lettings
