- Candidate Sourcing – Using innovative search methods to attract, qualify, and place top-tier candidates in the renewables and construction sectors.
- End-to-End Recruitment – Managing the full recruitment cycle, from client briefings and candidate screening to interview coordination and offer negotiations.
- Market Expertise – Keeping up to date with trends, challenges, and opportunities in the renewables and construction industries to provide expert advice to clients and candidates.
- Hitting Targets & Maximising Earnings – Driving sales and placements with a strong commercial mindset, earning lucrative commissions along the way.
- Proven experience as a 360 Recruiter in the renewables or construction sectors.
- A deep understanding of the renewables market, including its challenges, opportunities, and key players.
- A confident, proactive, and resilient personality with a hunger for success.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
- A fast-paced, adaptable approach – able to juggle multiple roles and clients at any given time.
- Money-motivated with a drive to exceed targets and achieve significant financial rewards.
