£24K basic | £35K OTE Year 1 | Hybrid + Flexi Hours

Edmund & Evans are hiring on behalf of a long-standing client, a technology recruitment specialist with 20+ years in the game, a growing UK presence, and offices across Europe.

They’re expanding their Tunbridge Wells team and looking for ambitious trainees ready to make a name in the tech space.

What you get:

  • £24,000 basic + uncapped commission
  • You will earn an average £1,350-£1,600 commission per placement
  • £35,000 OTE in Year 1
  • Promotion to Senior after £100K billed
  • Hybrid working after 6 months (Weds & Fri from home)
  • Flexible hours: 9:30-5:30 or 8:30-4:30
  • Zero thresholds
