We’re looking for a talented and ambitious Branch Manager to take the reins of our successful office in Tunbridge Wells. • Basic salary of £31,000 plus additional guaranteed income for your first 3 months

As Branch Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

• Leading and managing your branch as a standalone business—driving profitability and growth

• Motivating and inspiring your team, running meetings and one-to-one coaching sessions

• Listing properties and supporting vendors, helping them secure the best results

• Becoming a local expert, staying ahead of the market and building your reputation

• Collaborating closely with your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience and exceed targets

• Experienced in sales and team leadership within the property or lettings industry

• Proven track record of converting valuations into listings and driving revenue

• Customer-focused, with a genuine passion for helping people at every stage of their property journey

• Ambitious and self-motivated, with the confidence to take ownership of your branch

• A strong communicator and natural leader, who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• Full UK driving licence required
