Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in your subject area to KS3 and KS4 students.
- Support the school's Catholic ethos, contributing to assemblies, pastoral programmes, and religious education activities.
- Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, providing feedback to support development.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the department and wider school to enhance teaching and learning.
- Participate in school initiatives, extracurricular activities, and community events.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching at secondary school level (KS3 & KS4).
- Strong subject knowledge and the ability to engage students of all abilities.
- Commitment to Catholic values and the pastoral care of students.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and teamwork skills.
- Enthusiasm for contributing to a positive, values-driven school environment.
