Job Summary:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers requiring vehicle servicing or repairs
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to all visitors and assist with their service-related inquiries
- Effectively schedule service appointments and manage the service team's workload
- Communicate service updates and recommendations clearly to customers
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all service-related documentation and invoicing
- Assist in resolving customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborate with the service team to maintain a clean and organized service department
Essential:
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor within a car dealership or automotive environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- Excellent organizational abilities and the capability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in using dealership management systems and related software
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure while delivering high-quality service
- A commitment to upholding professional standards and ethical business practices
