We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor with experience dealing with complaints.
The role will be responding to and resolving escalated enquiries, whilst providing high levels of customer service. Previous customer service experience is esstential, and an added bonus if you have worked in complaints before!
This will be a fixed term contract with the opportunity to work hybrid once company training is complete. If you are available to start immediately, please apply.
