THE COMPANY

A market leader in event services, this company delivers innovative and high-quality solutions across food & beverage, payments, ticketing, logistics, and customer experience.

With operations at more than 400 high-profile events and venues throughout the UK and Europe – including some of the most iconic stadiums, festivals, and international sporting events – they are renowned for their commitment to excellence and operational precision.

From pre-event planning to post-event reconciliation, you’ll be hands-on with everything from stock management and staffing, to compliance and financial reporting. Working alongside the Venue Manager, Commercial Finance Partner, and central support teams, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering a first-class customer experience while driving continuous improvement across all touchpoints.

You'll oversee multiple outlets, ensuring quality control, customer satisfaction, and full regulatory compliance, while leading, coaching, and motivating a high-performing F&B team.

THE CANDIDATE

We’re looking for a strong operator with a proven background in F&B or hospitality management – ideally within events, stadia, or high-volume venues. You’ll be commercially aware, results-driven, and highly organised, with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

You must be a confident communicator, able to build effective relationships with staff, suppliers, and stakeholders alike. A solid understanding of stock systems, cost control, and health & safety compliance is essential, as is a flexible, can-do attitude and a full UK driving licence.

  • Oversee F&B operations across the venue, ensuring smooth delivery at all events
  • Manage planning, ordering, wastage, and stock reconciliation processes
  • Collaborate with finance to analyse and improve profitability
  • Lead post-event reconciliation and submit sales declarations within 24 hours
  • Ensure all food safety, HACCP, and H&S standards are met
  • Manage maintenance schedules and annual compliance checks
  • Recruit, train, and manage a motivated and capable F&B team
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cost savings, or service improvement
  • Foster strong supplier relationships and ensure consistent supply chain performance

Essential requirements:

  • Knowledge of food safety, HACCP and H&S legislation
  • Strong commercial awareness with budget and stock forecasting experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience managing and motivating large operational teams
  • Full UK driving licence
