We are looking for a Health and Safety Manager to support the operational delivery of H&S functions across our London campuses. This role is essential in maintaining a safe environment for students, staff, and visitors, and involves conducting risk assessments, inspections, and audits.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Conduct risk assessments, inspections, and audits across various campuses.
  • Advise staff on H&S matters and ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
  • Promote safe working practices and coordinate training.
  • Respond to incidents or near misses and ensure proper documentation and follow-up.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent Level 3 Health and Safety qualification).
  • Membership of IOSH (TechIOSH or above).
  • Solid understanding of UK H&S regulations and best practices.
  • Experience in conducting risk assessments, audits, and inspections.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a health and safety advisory role.
