Job Title: HIA Support Officer

Location: Twickenham, TW1 3BZ - Full time Office Based

Hourly rate 17.50 PAYE / 23.10 UMB Per Hour

Contract Length: 3-month contract (possibility of extension)

Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 36 hours

ASAP Start

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for HIA enquiries, providing empathetic and informed support.
  • Manage and process documentation for grants and adaptive works.
  • Liaise with clients, landlords, Housing Associations, solicitors, Occupational Therapists, and contractors.
  • Use systems like Civica, Saffron, and Integra to manage client data, raise orders, and process payments.
  • Ensure contractor work meets specifications before authorising payments.
  • Prioritise urgent repairs and provide feedback following complaints.
  • Produce reports and maintain accurate records for insurance and audit purposes.

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in financial/payment systems and multi-disciplinary environments.
  • Skilled in raising invoices, processing payments, and working under pressure.
  • Empathetic and confident in communicating with vulnerable clients.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using IT systems and databases.
