A leading and well respected property consultancy based in Twickenham are seeking a polished and enthusiastic Project Manager that brings experience delivering complex hotel schemes within a construction consultancy environment.

The Company that the Project Manager will join:

The Project Manager will be joining a innovative property consultancy that have a strong presence for delivering projects in the Hotel sector. The Project Manager will be running multiple programme of works which include new build, refurbishment and fit outs with contact values up to 75m.

The Project Manager role:

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of projects from start-finish, whilst providing support to junior members of the project management division. The Senior Project Manager will be working alongside the Project Director and 2 Associate Directors and will be reporting on a weekly basis to the Senior Project Manager that they'll be closely supporting throughout the projects lifeycle. The Project Manager will be responsible for offering mentorship to Assistant Project Managers.

You will be responsible for:

Collaborating with whole Project Management team to drive schemes forward to completion
Communicating with external parties such as contractors and sub contractors
Provide support/mentorship to junior members of the Project Management team
Reporting progress feedback on Projects to the Senior Project Manager on weekly basis
Reviewing costs regularly to ensure Schemes are within Budget constraints
Arranging meetings with clients
Ensure all works are compliant with safety and quality standards

Project Manager requirements:

Previous experience working for a project and cost consultancy
Hotel experience would be ideal
MRICS or MAPM Chartered is preferred
BSc/MSc Project Management
Confident at managing schemes simultaneously
Previous experience leading a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
