We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a fantastic school in Twickenham. The role will involve supporting students with SEN (Special Educational Needs), including those with Autism, ADHD, and Speech & Language needs, on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tailored support to students with additional needs

  • Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement individual learning plans

  • Support students in and out of the classroom to promote independence and progress

  • Help create an inclusive, safe, and engaging learning environment

Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience working with children in an educational setting (SEN experience preferred)

  • Patient, compassionate, and proactive in approach
