Position: MFL Teacher (French & Spanish)

Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term (Potential for Permanent Placement)
Pay Range: £160 - £240 per day (depending on experience)
Working Hours: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Overview:
An excellent secondary school located just outside Basingstoke is seeking a Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher to join their team from September 2025. This full-time, long-term position involves teaching both French and Spanish to students in Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential for a permanent role for the right candidate.
The school is looking for a teacher who can inspire students with a passion for languages, encourage cultural curiosity, and support academic progress in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach French and Spanish across KS3 and KS4 in line with the national curriculum.
- Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that promote language acquisition and cultural understanding.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of learners of varying abilities.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and targeted support.
- Collaborate with the MFL department and contribute to enrichment opportunities such as language clubs, trips, or themed events.

Requirements:
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
