The role - Account Manager
My client is looking for a dedicated, hard-working individual to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage relationships with key accounts, oversee stock management, and support the production of bespoke high-end gifts.
You will be a crucial part of the operation, ensuring smooth communication between suppliers, design teams, and clients to deliver a premium product.
Duties will include:
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key UK retail and corporate clients.
Building partnerships with international suppliers to enhance the brand
Raising purchase orders (Po's) and ordering components from suppliers to meet production requirements.
Managing stock and support production planning to ensure timely deliveries.
Working closely with key retail customer service teams to resolve any queries efficiently.
Investigating and resolving customer, supplier, and production queries.
Working with the Design team to support initial design work, photo-shoots, and creative projects.
Oversee the Marketing strategy with team members.
Assisting with social media and e-marketing streams.
Uploading new gifts to e-commerce websites.
Working on-site with key suppliers during the busy Christmas season.
General office administration as required.
