The team is well structured and knowledgeable about each of the sectors they work in. More interestingly, they're all passionate and you'll be joining the board with a charismatic MD at the helm and an entrepreneurial spirit throughout the organisation.
With this Regional Director role we're looking for someone who ideally has a mechanically biased building services design background, enjoys managing a business and is keen to retain an element of fee earning.
You'll be responsible for the profit and loss of the office, recruitment and retention, and business development while working closely with the group MD to develop and deliver your strategy for the business.
On offer is a salary in the region of 85000, bonus scheme based upon your own performance and the usual benefits of pension, professional membership paid and flexible working.
