About the Company:
This will be working for a specialist legal services firm with two dedicated departments: one focused on Landlord & Tenant litigation, and the other providing nationwide Advocacy Services.

Our Advocacy Services Department supplies experienced Advocates to attend County Court hearings across England and Wales. Clients range from individual landlords to large corporate organisations.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a confident, organised Administrator to support our Advocacy Services Department. This is a non-legal position, ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, is detail-oriented, and enjoys working as part of a small, dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate professionally with clients, Advocates, and courts via email and telephone.
  • Always maintain a professional telephone manner.
  • Prepare accurate and well-presented court reports and invoices.
  • Ensure internal diaries and linked systems are consistently up-to-date and accurate.
  • Carry out general office duties as needed.
