Key Responsibilities:
- Perform bench assembly by carefully fitting and securing components.
- Assemble parts of various shapes and sizes with precision.
- Pick and pack a range of products to meet order requirements.
- Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently to maintain workflow.
- Ensure high-quality standards by inspecting and testing finished products.
- Conduct routine checks and basic maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist with general production line duties, such as organising materials and supporting team members as needed.

Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage, but not essential
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Reliable, with a strong work ethic

Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.21 per hour + Holiday Pay (or £13.68 Holiday Pay Included)
- Multiple breaks throughout the day
- Full-time hours. Monday to Thursday 7.45am - 4.15pm / Friday 7.45am - 3.15pm
- Temporary contract with the potential for a permanent position based on performance
