Are you looking for a hands-on role where you can be part of a growing Production team.
We are on the lookout for enthusiastic and reliable Factory Assembly Operatives to join our client's busy production line in the Uckfield area.
If you've previously worked in a manufacturing, production, or assembly environment, that's a big plus, but if you're practical, hardworking, and keen to learn, we'd still love to hear from you!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assembling a variety of parts with care and precision at your bench station
- Picking and packing products to match customer orders
- Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Checking and testing finished products to ensure top quality
- Helping with day-to-day production tasks, including organising materials and supporting your teammates
- Keeping the workspace safe and tidy by following health and safety guidelines
- Carrying out basic maintenance checks to keep things running smoothly
What We're Looking For:
- A good eye for detail and a positive, can-do attitude
- Team players who enjoy a fast-paced environment
- Great communication skills and a willingness to learn
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Previous factory or assembly experience is helpful - but not essential!
- Full training provided.
What You'll Get in Return:
- A competitive hourly rate: £12.21 per hour + Holiday Pay
- Full-time hours:
- Monday to Thursday - 7.45am to 4.15pm, Friday - 7.45am to 3.15pm (Early finish!)
