Yard Operative

As a Yard Operative, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Material Handling: Safely and efficiently handle incoming and outgoing materials, ensuring accurate inventory management.

Quality Control: Inspect and assess the quality of products to meet the company's standards and customer expectations.

Equipment Operation: Operate various machinery and equipment, such as forklifts and saws, to process and move products.

Stock Organisation: Organise and maintain the yard for optimal efficiency, including proper storage and stacking of materials.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional service for all customers.

Previous experience in a similar role or a strong willingness to learn.

Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

This is a fantastic opportunity with a starting salary of £26,000 - £27,000, Monday - Friday with alternate Saturdays. The right candidate will be provided with full training and career progression.
