Are you from a Mechanical background, looking to step up into a Management position with an Industry leading company where you will put your own stamp on the department.

The company are leading distributors of machinery, with a longstanding client base across the UK, renowned for their high-quality services. Due to further growth, they are seeking a Service Manager to help lead the business further.
In this varied role, you will be responsible for managing the service engineers and internal workshop team. You will liaise with other senior management to identify continuous improvement initiatives.
This would suit a motivated individual looking to join a market leader offering autonomy alongside training and continuous development.
The Role:
- Managing service Engineers and workshop technicians.
- Monday to Friday.
- Highly autonomous & varied.
The Person:
- Mechanical background - knowledge of hydraulics, engines.
- Commutable to Uckfield.
- Full driving license.
