About Your New Role
Are you highly organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? My client is looking for a confident and capable Personal Assistant /Branch Administrator to support our Branch and Sales Manager and help keep their busy branch running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing dedicated PA support to the Branch and Sales Manager
- Managing incoming calls and maintaining the branch switchboard
- Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries
- Assisting with general administration across departments
- Creating sales quotations, processing invoices, and issuing delivery notes
- Handling daily cashiering tasks and coordinating with Head Office
- Ensuring accurate record-keeping and regular updates to the sales database
- Supporting the sales team during trade shows and events
- Conducting monthly stock checks on domestic items
- Facilitating clear, timely communication within the team
- Delivering a consistently professional and customer-focused service
- Strong communication skills with a confident, professional phone manner
- Ability to work well with people at all levels
- Discretion and reliability when handling confidential matters
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- High attention to detail in both written and numerical work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated, approachable, and a positive team player
