About the Role:

We are seeking an Account Managerto join the Operations & Maintenance team. In this role, you will act as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring the delivery of contractual commitments, including planned maintenance, reporting, and SLA achievement. You will also oversee project P&Ls to ensure profitability, while building strong and lasting relationships with clients, stakeholders, and your team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the lead point of contact for clients on all portfolio matters.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

• Ensure timely and successful delivery of O&M solutions according to client needs.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

• Strong organisational and time management abilities.

• Commercially astute with experience in delivering client-focused solutions.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, MS Project).
