Were looking for a highly motivated duo with a passion for hospitality and attention to detail to manage a 21-bedroom guest house and three luxury loch-side cabins in one of Scotlands most beautiful coastal villages.
This is a hands-on, seasonal role requiring energy, presence and a genuine love for creating exceptional guest experiences. If you thrive on responsibility and enjoy treating an operation as if it were your own, this could be the ideal fit.
The Role
Youll oversee the full guest experience and day-to-day operation, including:
- Guest welcome, reception and reservations
- Breakfast service, including cooking on weekends when the chef is off
- Housekeeping standards and daily room checks
- Coordinating ordering, stock and supplies
- Scheduling, staff leadership and training
- Light property maintenance and grounds presentation
Independence & Scheduling
This is not a two people on shift together role nor a two people off together role. One person must always be onsite and available, which requires planning ahead and good communication. This setup suits pairs who are happy working independently and dont need to be side-by-side all day. If you require synchronized shifts or shared downtime, this wont be the right fit.
What Were Looking For
- Proven hospitality experience and leadership skills
- Five-star customer service mindset with strong attention to detail
- Self-reliance and initiative spotting what needs to be done without being told
- Comfortable taking ownership and solving small operational issues independently
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment
- Familiarity with booking systems is a plus
