The Job:
As part of the team, you'll play an active role across all RIBA stages, contributing to the delivery of high-quality projects and helping to shape spaces that make a difference. From concept to construction, you'll have the opportunity to get hands-on with design and delivery while working alongside experienced architects, associates, and directors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support project delivery through all RIBA stages (0-7)
- Prepare and coordinate high-quality design and technical packages
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities
- Conduct site visits and manage contractor relationships during delivery
- Ensure compliance with planning policy and building regulations
- Take part in design reviews, team critiques, and workshops

Mentor junior team members and support architectural assistants
About you:
- Chartered Member of the RIBA (ARB registered)
- 0-3 years’ post-Part 3 UK-based experience
- Strong technical and design skills, particularly across RIBA Stages 3-5
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Solid understanding of UK planning and building regs
- Confident communicator with excellent time management skills
- A proactive team player who thrives in a collaborative studio environment
