Are you an experienced Electronic Design Engineer ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a driven and creative engineer to join our dynamic team in Ulverston, working on a diverse range of projects and applications across multiple industries.
About the Role
You'll be involved in end-to-end electronic product development, from concept and schematic design through to testing, validation, and production support. This is a hands-on role offering real variety - no two projects are the same. You'll be contributing to designs that span from embedded systems and control electronics to sensor interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
Design, simulate, and develop analogue and digital electronic circuits
Work closely with firmware, mechanical, and production teams to deliver integrated solutions
Create schematics and PCB layouts using industry-standard tools
Support prototype build, testing, and validation
Contribute to continuous improvement and new product introduction
About You
Degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or related discipline
3+ years' experience in electronic design and development
Solid understanding of microcontrollers, mixed-signal design, and PCB layout
Practical, hands-on approach to problem solving and prototyping
Strong teamwork and communication skills
