As a Production Technician, you will play a pivotal role in a dedicated team focused on building and testing mission-critical equipment trusted worldwide.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Assemble, test, and troubleshoot a variety of high-spec subsea electronic systems.
  • Perform diagnostics and repairs down to PCB level.
  • Execute defined test procedures while maintaining detailed records.
  • Identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across production processes.
  • Work hands-on with cutting-edge technology used in marine exploration, offshore energy, and defence sectors.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven electronics assembly and soldering skills to a high standard.
  • Ability to follow technical drawings and work to defined procedures effectively.
  • Comfortable using PCs, test equipment, and production tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining consistent quality.
  • A proactive, self-directed approach within a collaborative team environment.

Bonus Points for:

  • HNC or equivalent in Electronics Engineering.
  • Formal soldering certification.
