We are seeking a Production Operative for a temporary and flexible role in a busy candle manufacturing environment near Ulverston.
Candidates must be flexible as the position may require adhoc hours and involves working in a team packaging items and performing related warehousing duties.
The hourly pay starts at £12.21 for day shifts and can increase to £14 per hour once trained, with additional shift allowances for night work.
Shifts are rotational, consisting of two weeks of days and two weeks of nights, with hours from 06:00-16:30 or 16:30-03:00.
No specific years of experience are mentioned, but a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Job description

We are currently recruiting for our Client based on the outskirts of Ulverston for a Production Operative to join them on a temporary/flexible ongoing basis. This could also require Adhoc hours so flexibility is a must.

You will be working in a busy production environment which manufactures Candles, tea lights and fragrances

Yout duties will include working in a team, packaging items and other related warehousing duties.

Once trained, the hourly rate increases up to £14 per hour

ROTATIONAL MONDAY TO THURSDAY 06:00-16:30 / 16:30-03:00 (30MIN LUNCH / 2 x 15 MIN BREAK)
DAYS £12.21
NIGHTS £2.21 WITH A £2.40 SHIFT ALLOWANCE =£13.84
