Are you a seasoned Supply Chain Manager looking for your next challenge? Our client is seeking a dynamic professional with WAREHOUSE and PURCHASING experience to lead their Supply Chain Department. If you are passionate about optimising supply chain processes and driving efficiency, we want to hear from you!

Role Overview:

As the Supply Chain Manager, you will hold overall responsibility for managing the Supply Chain Department and its various activities. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the timely delivery of all required goods and services to ensure smooth operations.
  • Acting as a backstop for the Supply Chain Department, expediting supplier deliveries as necessary.
  • Negotiating contracts and securing discounts with suppliers to maximise value.
  • Ensuring the Production Department has all required materials for uninterrupted production.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to provide up-to-date information on supply chain matters.
  • Continually reviewing and improving supply chain processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Seeking opportunities to reduce stockholding while ensuring accurate stock data at all times.
  • Working to continually reduce ordering frequency, contributing to cost savings and efficiency.
