Requirements:

  • Relevant experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant, particularly with students on the Autism spectrum.
  • Strong empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping students with Autism succeed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a team, adapting to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Experience in implementing individualised learning plans (IEPs) and supporting students in both one-on-one and group settings is advantageous.
