Salary: 36,413 - 53,994 (Main/Upper Pay Scale, inclusive of Outer London Weighting)

Our Ofsted-rated Outstanding secondary school located in the heart of Upminster, is seeking to appoint an exceptional, motivated and enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join our dedicated team on a fixed term maternity cover from September 2025 to 31st August 2026.

The successful SEN Teacher will:
Have experience working with pupils with special educational needs
Be passionate about inclusive education and enthusiastic about improving pupil outcomes
Provide personalised and engaging learning opportunities tailored to each student's needs
Collaborate closely with staff, families, and external agencies
Be reflective, innovative, and committed to continuous professional development
