Job Description: 

We are looking for an experienced Body Shop Paint Sprayer to join our client’s professional and growing team. The successful candidate will carry out high-quality refinishing work across a wide range of vehicles, ensuring a flawless finish and customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Prepare vehicles for spraying, including masking, sanding, and priming.
  • Mix and apply paints to match original manufacturer colours and finishes.
  • Carry out spray painting to a professional standard on panels, bodywork, and complete vehicles.
  • Ensure all refinishing work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
  • Operate and maintain spray booths, equipment, and tools in line with health and safety requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with preppers, polishers, and body repair technicians to meet deadlines.
  • Conduct final inspections to ensure vehicles meet both manufacturer and customer standards.

Qualification and Experience:

  • IMI / NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualification in Vehicle Refinishing (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer within a body shop or accident repair centre.
  • Strong knowledge of spray-painting techniques and refinishing products.
  • Previous experience with a wide range of vehicle makes and models.
  • Full UK / EU driving licence.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and a professional approach.
