Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Inbound Sales Consultant to pre-qualify inbound enquiries from prospective investors interested in land opportunities. You will be the first point of contact, engaging leads, understanding their investment goals, and assessing suitability for our land offerings. This role involves building rapport, gathering essential information, and scheduling qualified leads for follow-up with senior sales consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound enquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
- Qualify leads based on investment criteria and readiness.
- Educate potential investors on available land opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Liaise with the sales team to hand over qualified leads.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales or customer service experience (preferably in real estate or investment).
- Confident, professional, and results-driven.
- Comfortable discussing financial topics with prospective investors.

Salary:
c£30,000 basic plus c3% commission
20 days holiday plus bank holidays
