We’re hiring for a Sales Engineer to join a long-established engineering business based in Salford, Greater Manchester.
You’ll play a key role in designing tailored system solutions, developing new business, and supporting existing customers across a range of sectors.
What’s on offer?
- £40k - £50k p/a
- Mon – Fri | 8:30am – 5:00pm
- Early finish on Fridays
- 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays)
- Christmas shutdown

What will you be doing as a Sales Engineer?
- Preparing sales quotes and tender documentation
- Developing new business by researching and targeting relevant markets
- Building long-term relationships with both new and existing clients
- Visiting customer sites to understand requirements and propose solutions
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure technical accuracy and customer satisfaction
What do you need?
- Proven sales experience within a heavy engineering environment
