The position of Poultry Farm Supervisor offers a salary of less than £33,000 per annum on a fixed-term contract until April 2026.

The supervisor will maintain environmental conditions, oversee bird care, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
This position is full-time, working six days a week from 07:30 am to 04:00 pm.

Poultry Farm Supervisor – Agriculture

<£33,000 pa

FTC until April 2026

*Driving licence is essential*

07.30am – 16.00pm (6 days per week)

Responsibilities:

Maintain optimum environmental conditions to ensure bird welfare and biosecurity practices are maintained.
Complete feeding, vaccinating and grading of birds.
Ensure site maintenance and maintain accurate records, according to SOPs and UK legislation.
Supervise staff and third parties while on site, ensuring adherence to health and safety procedures.
Supporting the Farm Manager, and covering duties when required.

Requirements:

Driving licence & own transport
Previous livestock / animal welfare experience
NVQ/Diploma level 3 in poultry would be beneficial; however full training will be provided.
For biosecurity purposes, you must not own any bird/avian pets (or pigs)
