Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes.
- Deliver detailed financial analysis and commentary to support business decisions.
- Partner with operational and commercial teams to drive performance and accountability.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal controls.
What We're Looking For
- Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent).
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar finance partnering or senior accounting role.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Advanced Excel capabilities; SAP B1 experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on actionable insights.
